I had a ddream of spending winters in Florida. I think I liked the idea of it more than the reality. It makes me feel so happy and I can't stop smiling. Sunshine does that for you.

I think it is important to participate in life, dream big and go for what you want. Life is all about Chance and taking Chances. Timing and Choices determine the outcome. I don't want to let regrets take the place of dreams.

For me, a man is like comfort food. All the happy times in our lives are associated with food. Comfort food means the most when you aren't happy. Food is important because of the associations we make between the food and the people around us, the emotions that the tastes and smells evoke. A taste of true comfort food is like getting a hug from someone special. We all need love and hugs.

When you are growing up you can't wait for the day when no one tells you what to do. Once I did, I sometimes wished that someone would tell me what to do. That happens in marriage. When your partner and lover dies, you wish you had that special someone back to give their support and advice. I sometimes feel like I am adrift. Life is all about changes. Some are forced on you.

Here I am fishing on POF. I am obviously hoping to catch someone - preferably not a fish. I want a big man, a man with a big heart. I want a man who is passionate and gentle.

Sometimes you don't appreciate what you have until you lose it. We can't live in the past. Life goes on and we should go forward. Good communication is important.

It is important to meet in person. I like a man the way I like my coffee - hot and sweet.

I would like someone to talk to. We can't get to know someone if we don't talk to them and we don't listen. You have to tell someone what you need or they won't know.

It should never be too late to follow your dreams and find love. Life is short and we shouldn't live in the past. Now is important too. Today is really all you have. I would like a man who can touch my heart and soul, and that connection makes magic. I would like a friend first - you can never have too many.

When you have someone in your life for a long time, it is difficult to suddenly find yourself alone. Everything could be better shared with the right person, someone to walk beside, to hold and be held. I like to be held.

I think it is important to get to know someone by talking and being honest about expectations. Meeting in a nice quiet place would be a good start. Getting to really know a person and feeling comfortable with them takes time. It might be worth it.
