Apparently I'm last of a dying breed - the "normal" guy. I think my friends would say I'm intelligent, humorous, fun, secure, classy, and honest. Sometimes irreverant, a little sarcastic (in a teasing fashion) and known to do tequila shooters and/or jello shots on special occassions. The rare/eclectic blend of responsible and yet fun! I'm convinced the best things in life are still ahead of me.
For some reason I'm getting a few questions about my pics. All of my photos were taken within the past couple months and no children or animals were harmed in creating them :-) - As my smiling niece can attest to in the photo...

I don't do drama but do thrive on excitement. Prefer to hang out with higher energy, quick-witted, successful (what ever that means) people so consequently most of my friends are younger. If you think Green Day is an environmental event then we probably aren't a match. No tattoos, no Harley, no midlife crisis here. Firm believer in the golden rule/Karma/honesty. Nice guys don't have to finish last. I am easy going and tolerant but full of passion of for those things that really mean something. I am comfortable in a tuxedo/5 star hotel or sleeping in a hammock in the desert on a 5 day camping adventure.
One child is off to college on the west coast and the youngest (my son) will only challenge my parenting skills for just another year before he is in college too. Now I'm getting some time for "me". My ideal woman should be near that position in life - notice I didn't say age :-). There is a lot of exploring to do and would love to do it with some one special. I have been all over the US and want to revisit the places I liked or missed the first time. The rest of the world awaits!

I'm a dyed-in-the wool romantic. I'm very particular, but when I fall - I fall head over heels. Monogamy suits me and I give it heart and soul. A firm believer in the mantra - there is no return without investment (and I'm talking matters of the heart not money). You have to risk the broken heart in order to find true love. Did I say honest?

The date is not nearly as important as the company. I would like to meet a woman who is happy with who she is. Takes care of herself both physically and mentally. Likes excitement but not theatrics. Can communicate her feelings. Is honest and requires the same in her relationships. Someone who is really ready to find love and can leave the baggage of previous relationships behind. Someone who stimulates the intellect and the heart (tan lines and great smile don't hurt ). Granny panties, Saturday night Bingo and/or Shuffleboard won't cut it either :-)
Prefer someone relatively close to Longwood/Orlando as it's difficult to go for a coffee/drink to get to know one another with larger distances.
