Hi, I heard about this site from a friend. I had pretty much had it with the internet-dating stuff, but she insisted I try this one. I am a (relatively) mature male, still in good shape. Looking for someone to start out as a friend, and hopefully proceed farther. I will be glad to expound further. And I will update this better if there seems to be any positive responses. An addition: I am looking for (in the long run) that one special someone that is on my mind 99% of the time, takes my breath away whenever I watch her walk into the same room as I am. I am a firm believer in chemistry, I have been lucky enough to have had it "hit" me twice. Even though those couldn't work out, we're still great friends and just thinking of them (which happens often) still brings a smile to my face.....more to come.

Two versions of an awesome first date come to mind. The old fashion idea of a romantic dinner in a nice resturaunt, followed by drinks, and finish the night off dancing (I'm game for any kind of music except country. Really: anything.) The other idea is to find out what your favorite food is and cook it myself. I am quite the accomplished cook. ( I can get references. LOL)
