Learn as if you'll live forever....Live as if you'll die tomorrow! I do try to live by that philosophy....and I would like to find someone who gets it!

I am looking for my partner in crime, just the colloquial for someone who is adventurous and free-spirited, but also knows how to relax and just hang out once in awhile......

Some of my favorite things.......watching the rain fall during a thunderstorm from a big picture window.....enjoying the birds and butterflies.....planting new plants......hiking up a mountain and looking at the wonder.......cooking a fabulous meal and savoring it with someone special.....waiting for fireflies, then catching a jarfull......applauding a broadway play.......flying off to paris......or driving to New Hampshire for a weekend.....

Get the picture?.....From the simple to the sublime....I am there.....I enjoy it all....

I am Type A....always juggling a full plate, but I also know how to relax....I started a new career as a Family and Consumer Science teacher (AKA, Home Ec) at a time when most people think about retiring....I will never retire....settle down a little, but never retire....

I teach Gourmet Food at Manasquan High School......just started my 4th year and loving it!


I have a BIG heart and now I am sharing it one very loavable lucky mini pin but there is enough to go around and I would very much enjoy sharing it with someone special......

I like a relaxed, get to know you first date....somewhere we can talk and see how it goes without being rushed...breakfast, brunch or lunch work well......They are all low pressure.....and I don't get dressed to do coffee or a drink...LOL....

A simple picnic at a nearby park or a walk on the boards, with a greasy sausage sandwich and a beer works almost as well as a nice champagne brunch......

I don't date just to date.....I will always be upfront with you after a phone conversation or two.....we may not meet.....If we don't share phone chem, how can we share in person chem? and phone chem is no guarantee of the other either......
