About Me
I have been single since June of 2007. I am a widower.
I have been getting along ok ... going to work, spending time with my kids... and not much else...
I have not done much for myself. I have let bad habits become the norm... I am so tired of that, I am now wanting to change... get back to feeling healthy and vibrant.
I want to get in shape. I want to run at least 3 miles without stopping, get to the gym on a schedule and eat right.
I would like to meet someone who will work at these goals with me.
