University educated, an ex-military test pilot, I enjoy the company of an intelligent lady. I am in business but getting ready to sell and retire, but also see the essential goodness of life in service to others. I enjoy adventure, would not find bad sea weather terribly upsetting. On the other hand, a fine fireplace to curl in front of with someone special is so appealing. I look forward to being free to travel more, perhaps to do some service overseas. Mayby take a really good chef's course. I love to fly but need a plane! Dogs think I'm special more than people do, and I love their company as well. Actually, I am retired from farming and have a deep love of all animals and nature. I enjoy cooking, and am pretty good at it. Must change the picture. I am not the sloth it appears. The weight is going down but I can't do much about the years--they are going in the opposite direction! I am working at learning to play the piano. Almost all music is food for the soul, excepting heavy metal or rap, neither of which are for me.

Good lingering chat over coffee or whatever. The kind of meeting where the time passes without notice, perhaps a walk to get to know each other. Pretty much anything goes except drugs and excessive booze. Kids are always welcome, as are dogs. Neither should bite!
