About Me
I am a lover of animals, especially horses and dogs (sorry, but I am allergic to cats!). My work as a medical professional is the bright spot in my life, along with my friends and family. Being a bit of a workaholic, I do not always have a great deal of time off, but when I do I enjoy home improvement, horseback riding, entertaining, reading, and sometimes just curling up on the sofa with a good movie on the TV. I love to laugh and think humor makes life much more fun. I am learning how to bowl (not very good, but love it) - and there is so much more that I enjoy doing. The type of gentleman who would catch my eye would be one who enjoyed life and laughter and was not into game playing, and willing to be friends first. He would not have to be perfect, but be perfect for me. He should have a good sense of humor, be self-reliant and feel comfortable with who he is. The picture on my profile was taken the first week of December, 2007 at a hospital fund raiser. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the flash and blinked. The first date should be simple and relaxed. Perhaps, meeting somewhere quiet where we could talk and have something to drink. If we were enjoying each other's company, perhaps staying and talking some more, or taking a walk, depending on where we were. Then, after having a wonderful evening of just talking about everything and getting to know each other, if the chemistry was right, making plans to meet again.

 | I could probably write for hours trying to give testimony to this lady! We have known each other online for a long time now, and have shared many times. She is a true blue friend, bubbly and kind. She has the heart of an angel, and the spirit to match. She works hard, and always has a ear to listen. She is very centered and secure in herself. A great lady to get to know. |
 | I am very proud to call Maddie a dear friend. She has been there for me on numerous occasions. Gentlemen, this is one very fine lady. Among other life differences she keeps turning down my marriage proposals, but I'm sure it's just that I smoke! LOL. But seriously... Thank you Maddie for being a true friend. Like Dale said and so much more. Words alone can not describe how wonderful this woman is as a friend. I don't know what I would have done without you Maddie... a year ago this month of May, when my then new and blooming relationship with a wonderful lady turned tragic, and nearly fatal for her. You were my rock then... and again... now that my relationship has sadly turned tragic and fatal. I am deeply honored and happy to call Maddie a dear cherished friend.
And yes, we will have that dinner soon I hope. Luv you girlfriend. |
