After graduating from UBC a few years ago, I migrated to Europe to stumble through a bunch of fortunate accidents and adventures. I eventually staggered back home alive, but haven't lost the appetite for experiencing new realities. My next journey is shaping up to be a windsurfing trip to the Caribbean this winter. I began windsurfing a couple of years ago from Jericho Beach. Something about being out by myself with just the wind, the water and the city's skyline in the background, always seems to center me (It's also one hell of a hangover cure). I work for a small consulting firm mostly doing design work and project management for new developments in the lower mainland. During my days off I might go for the odd hike in the north shore, check out some shops in my area, or get a pickup game going (mostly though I just volunteer at the sick puppy hospital). As far as heading out at night goes, I might check out a concert, preferably at a small venue, and live comedy's always a good time. Otherwise, my weekend nights involve hitting up two or three different places to meet up with friends. While I am more inclined to head out at night on the weekend, some nights are best for hanging out, cooking up a feast, and sticking on a dvd (I won't even mention the candlelit bubble bath, scented candles and kenny g cd). So that's part of my story. There's more, but you have to find out for yourself.

Qualities in a woman that attract me are a sense of humor, honesty, and a spirit of adventure among other things. I have a lot of female friends, so jealous types aren't encouraged. Also, if you suspect you might be crazy or a total flake, best of luck, but don't waste either of our time.
