So many on this site seem to be running marathons, climbing mountains, or wrestling alligators. I've done none, yet consider myself to be active, playful, and fun. I have worked hard to get myself in shape, yet have no plans to hike in Peru.

I am a father of three daughters, 22,20,16. Have enjoyed being a father and love my daughters, they have made me who I am today. They are kind, funny, and sweet. If you have children, that is great... if you don't have children, that is great too...

I enjoy guy things like mowing the lawn, and opening up stuck jar lids. I want a woman who allows herself to be a woman while allowing me to be a man. When walking with me it would be nice if you would pause at the door as I opened it for you... this doesn't make you weak or helpless... it's just something I want to do for you.

I enjoy just about anything with the right person next to me. Simple trips to the grocery store or the mall, can be a playful and entertaining good time. Don't like: anger, dishonesty, smoking, nascar, mean and rude people, hard rock, and drama

As far as the first date it may depend on who it is with... lunch or a walk...something that allows for conversation. Something simple...could be a round of minature golf, bowling or having a drink or two.
