How can someone choose from the options listed under "I am looking for"?? You have hang out, talk/email, long term, other relationship, dating, friends, intimate encounter, and activity partner. If you think about it aren't we *eventually* looking for ALL of these in ONE person??? It scares some people SENSELESS if they see long term. While other people want nothing to do w/ hang out. Now intimate encounter.....that's a whole different story and would probably involve
Unless you're absolutely not attracted to the other person, see something you're totally against (ex. drugs), or (insert reason here) how about we try and write people back. I try to respond to most email I receive. If I don't respond it's because of something from above or I just didn't get to it yet :)
I absolutely LOVE hanging out - having a great time and making people laugh (usually at my expense!) Ya know...dating used to be fun but lately I've found it's more of a hassle than anything. People are out there thinking they want to date but don't want to let go of the baggage they're carrying. Like I said I love making people laugh, but it's kind of hard when people walk around with a dark cloud tethered to them :)
Anyway!!! Moving along...I love anything water-related whether it means going out for the day on the boat, beach, pool, hell I'll even settle for getting the hose out!! I try to stay as active as possible but there are times when I just crash at home and watch some TV or a movie.
I work full time as an IT Security Administrator which has its ups and downs. I own my home and have a lil 2 year old kitty roommate :)
Places you'll find me: Obviously beach and all those places. Select few bars. Coffee shops (infatuated with starbucks). Bookstores. Restaurants - I'm a sucker for going out to eat.

I'm not going to get all cliche on ya and say dinner --> movies --> walk on the beach but I do enjoy those things - not necessarily on the first date though (plus you *shouldn't* talk in the movies!). I think a nice first date is something not too fancy but nice and casual. Something like a coffee shop or maybe even some bowling (you'll get to see my competitive edge). Of course you can't set any of this in stone because it depends on the other person as well :)
