I was an over the road truck driver. I came off the road to become a full time caregiver for my mom. There was a special angel added to Heaven on January 1, 2009. I am now trying to figure out what to do for me. I haven't been in that position since 1991. This is like a new begining for me. I am finding out who I am and making alot of changes in my life. I am quitting smoking and doing a fine job, if I say so myself. I am not looking to change anyone or their habits. I am looking for someone to share things with. I am not into just "jumping into bed" with someone. I would like a man that talks/listens, likes to cuddle, is willing to give as well as take. I enjoy movies, dinner and dancing.

Well, I am now doing an update on this! I have been back out on the road driving for a month now! It is a great feeling, but it has alot of memories that goes with it. I am working on the smoking, but have fallen off the wagon - but the New Years resolution is going into effect. I have lost 40 pounds and need a pair of suspenders! I am looking forward to shopping for me - one outfit a month at a time! Jeans and a top will do nicely. I am ready to meet people and get to know people better. I am still sticking with the "not jumping into bed". I want a friendship that leads to a relationship. I want someone to care for me as much as I care for them. I do hope that I am not dreaming and that "the one" is really out there somewhere.

I would like to meet somewhere public for coffee and sit and talk for awhile. If there is a connection between us then we can go to a movie or to dinner or dancing. It is something that would just depend on the connection between the two of us.
