I am fairly new at being on Plentyoffish and after viewing some of the profiles I have decided to rewrite mine.I am making this with more detail and it will be completely open and honest. I figure it will save time for anyone viewing my profile. I am 65 years old,in good health,am told I look younger,and I do feel younger. I am Senior VP for a small manufacturer of electronic security products. I have written three technical books (still in print),didn't make me rich though! I have a good sense of humor,am somewhat conservative in my views, but am easy going. I own my own home,live alone (except for one senile cat),try to eat right and am a horrible dancer.I am a widower after 43 years of marriage,but have pretty well adjusted. My "likes" are casinos,metal detecting beaches,restaurants on marinas,flea markets,Uconn women's basketball.My "dis-likes" are movie theaters,scheduled exercising,camping out(I'm a Marriott man). Since my original life plan plans were radically altered I am busy trying to figure out what the rest of my life should be.I am not rich,but financially okay. I would like to retire and maybe vend at flea markets part time and travel (cruises sound good). The problem is I don't want to do any of this alone,it's no fun alone. So I am looking for someone to share this with. And to be perfectly honest I would prefer a woman who is slim,attractive and not domineering (sorry if I've offended anyone out there). I would like to meet someone of similar interests to possibly share in whatever this next adventurous journey may be. I also notice certain repetative remarks on most of the womens profiles I have viewed. So I might as well get three items out of the way right now. I smoke cigarettes,I'll never be a catholic and yes I would think any man would hope for intimacy eventually if a match developed into a sucessful relationship.

First date?? Don't know, maybe just coffee or a nice restaurant. Open to any suggestions.
