Warch out! That's me riding my bike around Martinsville sometime between Midnight to 4 AM for an hour every night. I used to go by "Young Man", but don't hear that too much anymore, except from octogenarians. Starting (odd to others) projects is my forte, finishing them is not. At this minute am probably as socially prominent, wealthy (?), and good looking as I'm ever likely to be. Been playing Bluegrass music as an amateur for years with little discernable improvement in ability, but I stick with it. No Alzheimers noted, as I can remember with regret some of the dumb things I did 50 years ago, and a lot of the intelligent things I didn't. Ideal mate would be a chess/Scrabble/bridge playing old movie buff masseuse who used to sing & play for Bill Monroe until she won the Lottery, and now spends her time volunteering at the animal shelter. Oh, a sharp mind, and a warped sense of humor are requirements. Prefer a lady thin to average, but you don't have to be a jockette.Aunt Bea wouldn't be my type, sort of tend toward a Ma Kettle type personality, maybe Lauren Bacall? - a man just naturally needs a certain amount of female verbal direction to successfully complete his day - right? I ride my bicycle more miles a week than I drive my car, and there's a lady's bike in my garage waiting for a rider. I'd love to use my rollerblades more often, past the "pig on ice" stage, but still wobbly after a year. In response to all the ladies who list "Dancing" as their favorite activity - The American Terpsichorean Association has a standing Restraining Order against my dancing to any melody that is not "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain". I'm considered staff by my 7 housecats, and why do I insist on sleeping on their bed? Am an extreme nightowl - occasionally nap in afternoon.

Hmmm. Not having been on a first date in over 25 years sort of limits my abilities in this realm. So that neither of us would feel at a disadvantage at being compared to those around us, maybe lunch/dinner at the spot of your choice. To make a good first impression, I'd probably drive a car with all fenders the same color.
Realistically - probably coffee & chit-chat at Hardee's, unless you'd prefer a beer & a burger.
