It is hard to write these things...not sure were to start...I think the "I thought I would give this a try" or "My friends made me do this" are a bit over used so I am going to use something more original like "I'm new to this on-line dating thing".

All joking aside, I am here looking to meet someone, so I am going to follow the plenty of fish rule of thumb:

1. Talk about your hobbies.

I love to stay active most of the year. I play hockey, ski, mountain bike, workout, play tennis and like to try different this as they come up.
Travelling(but who doesnt like travelling). I've been lucky to travel alot so far, OZ, NZ, Europe, Hawaii, Across Canada(BC is amazing), carribean and would like to continue to do so.
I also like to cook, read, watch movies, hit the patio for a beer.

2. Talk about your goals/aspirations
I would like to be in a committed relationship with a women who enjoys similar things, wants to own a house together and have a family. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, with plenty of time for family, friends and activities. I would like to visit as many countries as possible.

3. Talk about youself and what makes you unique.
Unique....I tend to be a bit quite when I first meet people and then once I know them I open the flood gates..dont know why really. It makes it a bit hard to meet someone though. I tend to listen more than talk. I am nice by nature so if you secretly want to be treated poorly I'm not your guy. I like grocery shopping, watching oprah(weird), but also like UFC, hockey and football. I am a bad speler and have poor email gramer. (hehe). I am also very adventurous, I've been bungy jumping, sky diving, helisking, DH mountain biking, hangliding, ww rafting, paragliding, and would like to continue to explore.

4. Your taste in music.
I like most music, but rock is my favourite. Rise against is my #1 band right now. Accoustics songs are the best (hero of war, patience, redemption song). Not a big fan of country and rap, but a few songs are ok.

I am intersted in a women who shares similar interests and values, is active, kind and wants to live life to the fulliest together.
