I am originally from Rolla and new to Springfield (been at the Lake of the Ozarks the past 3 years). I took a job in Springfield a few months ago so I don't know hardly anyone up here. I do like this city, I hope it is good to me. I really have no reason to stay in Springfield besides my job at the moment. If I met someone I am not opposed to moving. My son is planning on going to UMKC next year so I very well may be in KC in 2010.

I have heard many times that I look better in person than the pics on here. I guess I am not photogenic. I also hear that I look 29 or 30, so I hope you look good for your age too. I would prefer someone in their 30's or maybe 40, but I am probably not interested if you are in your mid 40's unless you look great for your age.

I don't want to rush into anything too quickly, but I also realize life is too short. I have one son who means the world to me. He is a senior this year. It is time for me to start living and enjoying life more. I was married eleven years and have been divorced for seven years. Time goes by way too quickly. I believe in 100% honesty. If you can't be honest don't bother even contacting me. I am straightforward, I like to ask questions and find out a lot about a person, I don't put up a front or put on a show. I look like my pics, I am intelligent, but not a geek, I am a great conversationalist and easy to talk to.

Wow, this sounds so serious. LOL I do like to have fun. I enjoy nature; walks, floating, fishing, camping, riding bikes, gardening, though I am not crazy about bugs, spiders, or snakes. I like to go out dancing and shake my *ss every once in a while and an occasional margarita is wonderful. I could spend time at an art museum or at a state park. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and socializing too.

I prefer not to go out with guys who smoke or chew. I will not go out with guys who do drugs, who are married, or lie. I am not attracted to fat guys or guys with lots of tattoes or piercings. If you are in to threesomes count me out also, I don't like to share my man. I can still be picky and I believe there needs to be chemistry and attraction.

First dates are what you make them. I would prefer to meet somewhere in a public place maybe for dinner or somewhere we can just talk and get to know each other. It would also be great to do something different on a first date. Let's meet somewhere fun or interesting. I am open for new things, but movies are not good on the first date.
