6/26/09 Just a thought but I would love to meet someone who likes to play music? I never get to play with anyone, love the input and have never played with a woman (hopefully you sing). Not a requirement, just a wish.

I'm busy, have several interests that I pursue. I invest in people, have a wide variety of friends, and I am still working on the how-to of all relationships. I believe I am forgiving (and yes, I often need forgiveness), and believe in chemistry. I absolutely believe character is the most important component of any relationship, and no amount of beauty, personality or chemistry can compensate for it's absence, unless of course your really funny. I don't expect people to conform to a particular behavior or morality, I do like it when their words and deeds coincide (not collide), at least most of the time.
I am so grateful for mothers, sisters, DAUGHTERS, GRANDAUGHTERS; I think I have learned more about women through them (and the lessons have been so good), than I ever learned anywhere else.
I am humorous, though guilty of being a little glib at times. I really enjoy conversation, everybody has something to offer. I play well with others, and my really cool sister likes me most of the time..
What is on my wish list? I would enjoy meeting someone who believes this isn’t a race, a contest or an endurance test. Someone who has found a balance between wants and needs, faith and doubt, and wisdom and innocence (I’m thinking the Virgin Mary or perhaps Rachel the racy cousin would be more realistic). While I’m wishin’, I’d love it if the smile took up your whole face. I’m not a big fan of smug. If your attractive, I would hope your grateful (sincerely) and not proud. It would be great if you were more interested in sharing questions instead of answers, even better if really good ones excited you, and you actually did something about it (I’d love to hear some of those). Were I to really wander of into some sort of wishful optimism, I would love the list of people that have counted on you to be 7.7 times longer than the list of people you have disappointed, and the list of people you have forgiven to be 70x7 times longer than that other list. Ya, that one. One last wish, that knowing you would make me smile when I think of you, ( in that soft way that only a real woman can), just by being you.
