I would plan something that is fun and spontaneous. For example, after going for a drink at a cozy lounge to get acquianted, I would do something spontaneous (i.e. catch a comedy show, go to a jazz bar, play a fun game, go for a walk by the waterfront). I would also engage my date into a friendly, open dialogue, with periodic doses of comedy/things that would make us both laugh...and if there is a connection...a kiss at the end of the date.
