I love my city ...

I love gallivanting through Downtown’s, Kitsilano’s, and Granville’s eateries, lounges, and social venues. Not overly into the clubbing scene anymore but still hit it up once in a while to confirm I still got the dance moves. And running along the Sea Wall … or … Blading, walking, and just enjoying the view of the City, the ocean, and the mountains. Not many places like ours. But I’d rather do these things with someone. And that’s why I’m messaging you !

I’m athletic ...

I’ve played football, basketball, soccer, golf, volleyball, etc.. I played semi-professionally for a few years. I enjoy keeping fit. I’m not a monstrous body builder nor am I slouch. I enjoy going to the gym and doing alternative activities like yoga and boxing. I’m hoping the Canucks will win at least one Stanley Cup in my life time … Pleeeeeeeeease !

I’m balanced ...

I used to be a dental technician. This meant I was the guy who made everything a dentist implants into your mouth. So, yes, I have nice teeth :-) But, I wanted to be more creative and do something where there is no opportunity for boredom. Hence, now I’m a techie. I have a great job and it’s fun. I'm a professional that is mature, sociable, confident, dependable, healthy, and romantic. I’m honest and value my integrity. I have a great sense of humour and I smile a lot. It may become contagious. I am clean and have good hygiene … I hope you do too.

I’m driven and ambitious ...

I started my own techie company, I’m writing lyrics, and about to begin making music … it’s exciting to say the least. I’m passionate, spontaneous, caring, outgoing, adventorous, and intelligent.

I’m active ...

I don’t mind having quality down time, but I’m an active Vancouverite. I just signed up for salsa and merengue classes. And although I haven’t hit any notes in a while I’m also refreshing my vocal skills. I like to cook. There’s always something new to create, and the best is to see people’s reactions to your skills in the kitchen. I make a mean Butter Chicken ! And I would like to introduce you to my favourite drink … “Kiss of the Orient.” Champagne, Red Alize, and a an actual Lychee (not the lychee liqueur). I also don’t mind Pinot Gris, a cold beer on a hot day … heck just something good.

I like movies, music, and writing ...

Just watched “The Soloist” … I enjoyed it. I like true stories. I can watch almost anything. I love a good laugh, a thriller, mystery, or tear jerker … even a chick-flick sometimes. I can listen to any type of music … From Kanye to Jodeci, to AC/DC to Classical, to Marvin Gaye to House, and Bob Marley to Chumbawumba. My musical ear is open to all.

I have a backbone and I can communicate ...

I’m not a wuss and I’m not a prick. So a woman won’t be able to walk all over me and I don’t want to hold my woman from whatever fulfills her. I have the patience to listen and hear … or hear and listen … whichever way it goes. Communicating is a choice, and I choose to communicate. I just know the basic ethics and principles of life, and I’m looking for a woman with a similar mind set.

I’m a traveler ...

From Western Europe to the South Pacific, throughout the U.S., Canada, and parts of Asia.

Rome: Climbing the steps out of the Roman train station as the sunlight beats down on you in 30 degrees heat, and as you exit the opening you find the cool shade provided by the monstrous shadow of the Colosseum. The enormity, the beauty, and the stories that can’t be forgotten. Vatican City, the Trevis Fountain, Gazing through the ceiling of the Pantheon, and all the way to Florence’s wineries and peaceful beauty.

To Paris: People watching while eating a Crepe filled with banana and nutella. Gazing down at the unique landscapes from the Eiffel Tower. From the artistry at The Louvre, to the shopping on Champs-Elysees, to the bangin underground party.

To Barcelona: The Beach, the Beach, The Beach. Beautiful people and beautiful personalities. The assortment of entertainment, markets, and history on Las Ramblas. And the Black Sheep bar for travelers … Naughtiness !

To Portugal: The Algarves. The quaint and small beach towns of Faro and Lagos. They aren’t so quaint and quiet when the European championship is in town. Crazyiness.

England: Been there too many times, but love to see family and friends and enjoy a pub or two … or three or four. How can you Brits go to the pub 4 or more times a day … everyday !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

To playing a soccer tournament in Fiji: Gorgeous beach resorts. Green and blue ocean where you can see to the bottom. And, when there’s a downpour, the soccer field gets flooded yet it’s still exasperatingly warm … and they don’t stop the game!

To Japan. Small living spaces but big party places. All I have to say is Roppongi.

To India. From the beautiful resort of Goa, to the simple life in Punjab (where Paris and Nicole could give it a go again), to the French influenced Chandigardh, and all the way to the overpopulated Delhi. I call it organized chaos.

And Cancun: One week of mayhem.

And Vegas: Sin City = More mayhem.

And of course Cowtown, Dedmonton, T.O., C-Town, L.A., San Diego, Oregon, Boston, Virginia, Tijuana.

Next stop ... East Coast wandering = Miami, New York, Montreal. Or ... also on the hit-list are Brazil, Argentina, and South Africa.

I have a fantastic family and fantastic friends ...

My large network of family and friends has played an enormous part in my life and I wouldn’t trade them in for anything.

I’m an Aquarian ...

We wander and explore. Always searching for something exciting and adventorous to stimulate our ever so curious mind. Always something different because repeating the same thing over and over … well … could get quite boring. And why be bored when you have the choice not to be. But, it’s never boring when you’re wandering and exploring with your match.
