I am divorced and would love to meet a kindred spirit ...or to meet a fun guy who knows how to make me laugh. Someone who has good social skills and can fend for himself at a party but also knows how to meet my eye across the room so that I feel we are together. I am a social worker and love my job but my kids are my biggest reason to be. They are 11 and 13 so they still require alot of hands on parenting.... I love people and music and crafts and theatre-

My idea of a nice first date would be an early dinner - because if it is going well you can always extend but if it isn't then it is easy to say good bye. Or going out for dessert and coffee is also good- I need an escape hatch! I'd like to go someplace where you could go for a walk - I like walking and talking.
Once I get to know someone I like movies, picnics, walks, an occasional hike, and shopping. I love to hang out with family and friends- cookouts- birthdays etc.
