I'm a 43 yr old RN, divorced, 2 beautiful daughters. I haven't had a man in my life for almost 5 years now. I think I'm ready to start dating again....I THINK! I'm looking to associate with upbeat, optimistic people. I've had enough negativity and pessimism in my past and that's where I'd like to keep it...in the past. Sorry if I offend anyone but after months of reading profiles and seeing the same thing over and over I have a little pet peeve that I need to set straight. Quiet, as in little or no sound, is spelt the way I just typed, not "quite", which means entirely; completely; wholly; to the utmost extent; in the fullest sense... like, "he is quite handsome". Also, "women" is the plural form of "woman"; which means more than 1 woman. It's "looking for a good woman" not "looking for a good women". Ok , I'm done, carry on. LOL

Guys, I have to say, I'm not here to see how many "fav lists" I can be added to. If you're inclined to add me to your fav list, then please send me a message. If I see that I have been added, I usually leave it for a few days. If I don't hear from the person, then I remove myself from their list. Again, I mean no offense. I just don't see the point in using this site as a "popularity contest". I'm here to find out if there is a man out there that might actually make me fall in love again. If I see I've been added by a 20 yr old, or a 60 yr old, I remove myself automatically. Sorry, but my babysitting days are over and I'd rather not be dating someone ALMOST as old as my dad. I'm open to suggestions, although you should know I'm not into "casual sex". "One-night stand" is not in my vocab so if you're just looking to score, look elsewhere. I'm sure this sounds harsh and some may think "what a b****". I guess I'm still just a little old fashioned when it comes to certain things.
