just here for conversation now (single? yes, however)... I generally don't initiate conversation on this site (because, well, it's always one-sided), so if you want to converse, then shoot me a message.

Interests: Sci-Fi, horror, fantasy, anime, manga, RPG games, S.C.A. traditional Archery, Sailing (I raced at a local river), tactical firearms, being a movie buff.

Favorite eras of history to study: Western civilization from the earliest of times to ancient Greece to the Roman empire, Medieval times, and World War 2. I'd like to study the history of Japan and China someday.

Personality: I've taken that Myers Briggs test a few times, and the 2 profiles that come up are the INTJ and ISTJ. You can google both. They're pretty accurate. I'm a type 'B'. I'm an introvert.

Travel: I've been to 5 countries in Europe, the Caribbean, and places along the east coast, but that's all in the past, and I really don't have much desire for any more travel beyond day trips. Traveling is expensive, and I've got better things to do with that kind of money like keep a roof over my head.

Future plans: As the "What I'm doing with my life" section says, I'm working on 2 web businesses. I hope that one day they'll pay off, but if they don't I guess I'll make do with whatever I can at that point. I see myself in a large ranch type house with a full basement surrounded by at least 10 acres of woods and just enough space to do some archery practice. I also plan on finding a state & town that are "second amendment friendly".

Gun Ownership: Yep, I'm a gun owner. OH NOES!(does the spooky thing with the fingers) yeah whatever =P Up until 2008, I didn't bother with guns. Sure I liked them, but I figured I'd get them later on in life. But as I watched the policies erode the second amendment rights, I figured I had to do something sooner than later, or I might never have that option. I currently own 4 guns for fun and defense. I don't hunt, but if I were to, it would only be for dinner and not for sport. I have a thing against hunting just to put a head on a wall.
