I have a vast knowledge and experience in Nutrition/Health, Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutraceuticals, Pharmacy, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Anti-aging which I learned via a Nutrition/Research/Training company I owned in the late 90's. This also includes disease states/conditions like ADD, Fibromyalgia, Autism, Migraines, Arthritis, Fatigue, Thyroid Disease and many others. I am doing things I never did even when i was younger. I just learned to roller blade last year and believe it or not, I still have not fell even once. I started entering 40 and over weight lifting competitions. I like Spending time w/ family, friends/girlfriend. Enjoy going to the gym daily, good movies; bowling, playing poker. I like going to fine Dinning Restaurants. I also like putting on a pair of jeans/shorts and going to hole-n-wall restaurants serving great food or local pub. Dexters! I like going to places like Vegas, Hawaii,Bahammas, Bermuda, UK, Colorado, California (especially the coast), Washington, New York and sometimes just the plain old country roads. I would like to travel to more places like Alaska, Australia and Italy. I like to see my date have fun at theme parks if that is what she likes to do.

I try to eat healthy 80% of the time, but the other 20% of the time anything bad for you is game. My favorite colors are red/green. I love hazel/green eyes. I Like all forms of music including, country, rock, pop, dance music. Love to deep sea fish. I like to sometimes just lay out at the pool and cook on the grill.

I trust my intuition and believe in Karma. I believe things happen for a reason. I just read THE SECRET!
