I'm currently a med student in Des Moines, Iowa, just starting my 3rd year. When I'm not in the hospital/clinic seeing patients or in class, I enjoy several things, such as: jogging/walking, listening to music (I enjoy all sorts of genres...it just depends what impulse grabs me), going out to eat/drink with friends, or just being really lazy and crashing on the couch to watch a good comedy. I love comedies and sometimes some of the local stand-ups around here are actually pretty good...they wouldn't make it in NY, NY, but I'll give them credit. Well I'd first want to find out a little bit about the girl I'm going to go out with to blend both what she and I like to make an enjoyable first date. Who isn't nervous going into a "blind" date where they have almost no idea what the person they're being matched with is like and their hobbies/interests. Some communication level before gives one an idea of how to make it a good first date. However, sometimes trying something neither of us have experienced turns out to be the most fun and riddled with laughter.
