I have to say I'm probably not your typical guy; I've never been married, and haven't dated much for the last few or more than few years, but Barkis is still willin', if I could meet a kindred spirit. Unfortunately, that has proved to be rather difficult, despite the folk wisdom that there's a lid for every pot. I'm introverted and nongregarious, intellectually oriented, politically and socially liberal in most respects. I have a good sense of humor, and find much to be amused at these days, although, unfortunately much of the nonsense is intended to be taken seriously. While I have strong opinions, I tend to be quiet in large group situations, and prefer one-on-one or small group interaction. I'm looking for a non-religious woman who doesn't have children (over 18 included). Not having been married myself, I would prefer a woman in the same situation, but it is not essential. Interests: books, movies (classic, foreign), plays, music (classical), dining out, walks, talks, ballroom dancing (very rusty), art, museums, circuses.
