About Me
I'm a full time mom and a part time geek who likes to get out from time to time and meet new people and see what's out there. I consider myself fun loving, fairly tolerant, semi-intelligent, oddly comedic, and regularly non-PC. I have a skewed perception of things that allows me to see humor where others may not and I can definitely say I am my own person.

I've always been into sci-fi and fantasy books and I'll watch almost any type of movie. When I had time I would paint, draw, sketch, sculpt you know all that artsy, crafty crap. I still enjoy video games and play my xbox on occasion. I listen to almost every type of music (as can be seen in my eclectic playlist above), but have found myself drawn to talk radio (Dave Glover) in the last few years. I attend the Greater St. Louis Renaissance Faire and St. Louis Pirate Festival every season. You can catch me there a couple weekends each year usually garbed from head to toe and hanging out at The Dead Parrot Pub. I enjoy shooting pool (even though I generally suck at it), having a few drinks and a lot of laughs. I’m an easy person to get along with and I’m not easily offended.


What Am I Looking For?
good conversation * laughter * people to enjoy a drink and a good time with once in a while * companionship * friendship * tenderness * happiness * honesty * fun * affection * joy * people who are just as quirky as I am

I'm not looking for a relationship where the end product is marriage. At this moment in time I don't want to be anyones wife. I think I'd suck at it. However, I DO make an AWESOME friend! *chuckle* I work a 40 hour week and I have my daughter the majority of the time, so ME time can be somewhat limited, but for right person, the right companion, the right friend, I could find a little extra. If you're needy or controlling I'm not your girl. I like people (some more than others *grin*) and I can never have too many friends or know too many people. Anyone can email me and I'll always do my best to answer even if it's to let you know it's not something I'm interested in.

I'm a fairly independent person with a wide stubborn streak and I don't need or want to be taken care of. My life is my own and I plan on keeping it that way. As much as I love to go out with friends and have a good time my daughter comes first - I hope you understand.

pointing and making fun of a friend who did some outrageously klutzy thing * plotting against those who desperately called out for a practical joke * wearing toe rings * playing "who has the grossest picture/video" via email * watching porn * crying when Ol' Yeller died * thinking The Duke is the kewlest cowboy ever * playing in the dirt * flirting * enjoying Disney movies * favoring bawdy faire music and singing along * hating shoes * being honest to a fault * throwing caution to the wind * wearing glasses, but rarely in my pictures * putting my foot in my mouth * deleting all those "Don't delete" emails * staying up too late * asking inappropriate/personal questions * having a kink or two * freezing a friends underwear * stealing office supplies * feeling the wind against my face and breathing deep * adoring the movie Benny & Joon * smoking cigars when I party with my girlfriends * being loud * never doing the dishes * hating housework in general * licking salt off some poor unsuspecting guy to do a tequila shot * creating long profiles (lol @ Dave) * not always having enough pics on my profile * playing quarters at a friends house when the bar closes early * not being normal

A first date? I'm all about the Anti-Date. I'm here to watch the scenery, make friends, and have a good time. If I meet someone special BONUS, but I have no expectations about pretty much anything.
