Hi and welcome to "me", as in the readable version of me. I've never tried to describe myself like this before, but I'll give it my best shot.
I'd like to start off by saying, that i'm a very relaxed, laidback guy. I really enjoy the simple things in life. Like a car-ride home karaoke session, or the first bite of the most beautiful, perfectly ripe piece of fruit. I'm extremely into the moment, whatever that may be.
There is nothing better than intelligent conversation. and given the choice, this is what I woud choose to do most often. However I do have a small addiction to TV on DVD. I don't know if I'm crazy, or is this the best thing to ever happen to TV shows. I mean you can watch the whole show, no commercial, no waiting a week for the conclusion to one of those cliff-hanger endings. I never watched TV before, because I always hated being cooped up, but this way I can watch when I feel like it.I also like movies, but not always on DVD. Going to the movie theatre is a dying forum, that we should try to hold onto. Talk about first date craziness! Sitting there in the dark side by side inhaling pheromones and popcorn. Love it!

I'm a chef by trade, so naturally I love cooking, and paying close attention to detail. WARNING!! Grocery shopping takes me a very long time. As I could spend hours following an inspiration, tasting,smelling and thoroughly examing ingredients.
On the fun side, I love to dance and I am very passionate about music. Reading is also cool, especially when you have that book you can't put down. No matter how hard your eyes need to close, you fight it as hard as you can because you just need to know what happens.
I believe travelling is the key to a happy life. Let's just say it's certainly contributed heavily to mine. I have been all over the world, but there are plenty of places still left to go. My profession has allowed me that luxury, because no matter where you go, people gotta eat. I can find a job anywhere to help finance the trip alittle longer.
Laughing, has to be my favorite of all though. I just love to laugh, and make people laugh. The more laughter, the more at peace I feel. Let the good times roll. Why waste time with the negative.

Like most people, my friends and family are very important to me. I count my cat as family, so if you're not a cat lover, you'll hate me.
I like camping, and the outdoors. Mmmmm campfire smell. Love it!

I guess the most important distinction I will make about myself is that "yes" I am one of the DREADED "nice guys". I know, I know... not a good idea to say that, Nice guys always finish last! Nice guys never get the girl and so on and so on! Well I refuse to belive that. Trust me I am no pushover. I have my own opinions, and I stick to them, but I will not pretend to be a jerk or treat people like crap, just to get them to like me! I will be the real me 100% of the time. I am caring, I am loving and I am a man, It is possible people, I promise! If that appeals to you then I hope you send me a message!

****Small Update****

I recently bought a house in Brampton, but my heart is still in the city! I have lived downtown Toronto forever, and I have to say that this is a BIG adjustment! I still spend most of my time in Toronto for work and play, but I would love to find someone who could teach a few things about Brampton that would allow me to stay near home a little more!
