The older and busier that I get, the less tolerance I have for dance clubs. While I've always been more of a pub girl myself, dance clubs were alright when I still considered them a novelty. I guess that after eight years of post-secondary education, I'm finally ready to start growing up ;)

My favourite pastimes include: sharing meals with friends, learning about something new, and travelling. During the past couple of years, I have travelled as often as I could because I knew that I would be starting a career that would place significant constraints on my vacation time. Some of my recent travel destinations were Europe, Fort Lauderdale, Washington (D.C.), Cuba, and the southern Caribbean.

I moved to Toronto this past summer and now I live and work downtown. Since a surprising number of people I know have had luck finding someone special through the Internet dating scene, I thought that I would give it a try.

What type of person am I looking for? Ideally, the man I hope to meet is:
-confident;
-an excellent communicator;
-adventurous; and
-ambitious.
