I'm an easy going guy who likes to laugh and learn, meet new people and looking for friends first more later(possible long-term)- or just friends all the way if the chips fall like that. I'm in the Navy right now- recently divorced so I'm kinda picking my self up but not using that as a crutch. I let myself go weight wise but now I'm getting out more eating better and trying to be more active. I'm open to different points of views, politically a social democrat (anti-republican), and will try almost anything once- depending on what it is. I love women with a sense of humor- I have a very good one myself, though a bit dry at times (I'm into alot of British comedy)

I would spend a day with the person- lunch, window shopping, walk on the boardwalk (I live near a beach), perhaps a trip to the local comedy club later on. Good quality time spent together talking and learning and laughing- finding the common ground to build on
