I'm a native Houstonian who recently moved here 2 years ago. I raised my two daughters on my own and they are both in college here in Austin. My youngest daughter is a Pharmacy student at ACC. My oldest daughter is a 4 year member of the awesome UT Longhorn Band. I love to go to UT football games and would like a wonderful man to spend the day with.

I just bought my own home in December, 2007, which was pretty exciting! My parents are retired cattle ranchers in the Bastrop area and the majority of of family lives in Central Texas. I'm the middle daughter of three and I was the last daughter to still be living in Houston. At least once a week, my youngest daughter and I go to the ranch to help out with a project or two...cattle, gardening, etc.

We love living in Austin...in many ways it's just like a small Houston. I love the cold winters, especially during football season...but, lately the heat has reminded me more of Houston. But, the rolling hills of Austin makes it a beautiful city...where Houston is really flat.

In the years following my divorce, I volunteered with my girls high school band. Instead of dating, I focused on getting my girls thru high school and graduation; and earning good grades to have full scholarships for college.

Now, it's my turn to date and possibly find love and marriage again.
