Me-different drummer sort, non pc, sharp wit, insightful, actually possess conversational skills, financially responsible, adventuresome, avid reader, not an Alan Alda type guy, learned from my mistakes and successes, still human and not burnt out, still like to party on occasion, seldom dance, but be sexy enough and I will.
I run male energy and won’t apologize for it I may be getting older but no sign of being stuffy, overly mature, or just waiting to die. I am a stickler for meeting my responsibilities and telling the truth. I have lots of stories, about things that many people have never done or seen. If you are smart I can make you laugh in ways that you never have. I like and respect myself and while I have made mistakes, I have accepted the responsibility for them and try very hard not to make them again. I think it would be simpler if I didn’t need to be attracted to someone. I confess needing to look deeply into the eyes of one person and feeling WOW. I do what I say I am going to do.. I don’t have a white horse or shining armor but I do have a sailboat that makes me feel like I’m on top of the world. There is much more to me than these few words and space will allow. But no one has ever called me shallow or insincere.
If this makes sense to you, and you know that relationships are more than just sharing the fun. If you are secure emotionally, sexually and financially and are vibrant, sexy and proud of being a woman I think that is a great start. You should be sure that you can contribute as well as accept. Of course none of us are perfect, but not all of us are a mess with issues that we can’t escape. If you can honestly say for the most part you have it together and deserve the same let's talk.

Assuming we got past the first meeting and it is a "date" I'd love to take you out for an afternoon sail. It's a wonderful way to comfortably get to know one another and be out in the fresh air. After maybe hit Ray's for happy hour and snacks, and if we are a mind to...I know this great little dive bar with a rockin band.
