I like everything from pizza and beer at home with a movie to a fine fancy meal (somewhat of a foodie); from camping to a five star hotel; from having a good workout at the gym to vegging in front of the TV; from dressing up for a night on the town to staying home and playing some cards with a beer. I think I'm well rounded.

People with working out as an interest are always more interesting to me. I do prefer men who are either thin/average to fit/athletic. Basically I'm interested in a similar body (if that makes sense)

I'm the type of person who enjoys the family life (homemade dinner, games, special occasions, card games, playing Gooie Louie with the kids in my life), although I did have to make a decision to not have children as having my own would simple be selfish. On the other hand, I also enjoy the fancy schmancy stuff - fine meals and heading out on the town. It's nice to have a balance.

It's been very difficult to find a man around my age who does not want children, who is somewhat fit and that I find attractive. Almost every man I click on that I would consider contacting wants children. I'm in a bit of a quandary LOL. I always wanted children, but time ran out and at this point it would not be healthy for me or the child (for various) reasons to consider it. That said, I do like children and don't really have an issue dating a man with children.

Music is a large passion of mine, and my favourite trivia questions are about music!! There is not much I do not like.

Allergy alert: I have a cat. I remain allergy free :) I also like doggies, but not so much the wee ones. I like a medium sized friendly mutt type.

I prefer to find a companion close to me in age. I don't want a much younger man and I don't want a much older man. Please have a recent picture. Being comfortable with your spiritual, humorous and artistic side is KEY. To be truthful, physical attraction is important to me, but we all know that we need that "fit" to continue no matter how hot someone is LOL.

Coming from Montreal, I'm not a fan of uptight people :D

I just moved and am slowly making my way out of the boxes! Now that I'm in the city, I'm looking forward to participating and learning some new hobbies/activities! Biking, hiking, rollerblading, running, squash are a few things that I'm looking to do once again!
