my name's melissa, and i'm 26. right now, im a research tech at mcmaster, but im headed back to school in the fall for midwifery! i have a handsome car (toyota yaris hatchback - his name is ike, as in "kick the baby!" south-park-ike), two cute kittehs, and a comfortable apartment that i call home. i like to go to concerts and watch movies and tv shows. i love to drive and see the drivetime as part of the outing, so i enjoy it rightfully so. i'm an aunt to two of the cutest nephews in the world, and they own my heart - nothing makes me happier than to hear them say "auntie mel". i'm independent, sarcastic, will make you laugh, and can burp pretty loudly (mostly when i drink pop). being silly is important. im re-gaining the ability to laugh at myself, and i love it.
