| | Opinions seem to vary, but I like a wordy profile. I feel as though you'll need something to differentiate me in a meaningful way from the rest of the line-up I've chosen to stand in, and in truth I look for the same in profiles. (Also much like a police line-up, you've got me at a disadvantage at the moment ;)
To jump in: I don't believe in karma, though you might think I do. (I do believe if you treat others well, they're more likely to reciprocate however.)
It's been a few years since I've graduated now. At the time I spent any credits I could on things I thought were fascinating or fun. (Perhaps it should have been worrying that many of these were outside my discipline ;) but there are far too many interesting things out there. I'm definitely both curious and interested.)
I love both the city and the outdoors. There is genuine beauty in both places. I try to stay active in either (though I should be trying a bit harder right now).
Actually I just recently (January) moved into west end Toronto, though I've lived on the outskirts of the GTA for most of my life. It's different in some respects and less so in others. For the past few months I've been spending a few days a week working out of town though (which is good and bad).
So far, this profile isn't very funny (sorry :) but I think I've a dry, understated sort of humour and will definitely tease.
It's important to me to try my best, and to do what seems right. (On that note philosophy is interesting!)
I'm a dreamer.
Randomly, I also like cooking/baking (though this may be correlated to my appreciation for eating).
I'm taking on kind of an adventurous bent lately, and am up for trying many types of new things. Traveling has been huge fun, though I'm still a novice.
Vaguely mentioned above was my job. I'm a work to live sort of person, but I enjoy my job and have fun with both it and my co-workers.
I'll wrap things up with what I'm looking for...
- Without question, I'd look for someone who exudes both kindness and intelligence.
- I've a definite appreciation for people who are comfortable, relaxed, and happy with themselves. I'd hope for some mutual physical attraction as well.
- Beyond those, I'm a sucker for class ;)
- I'd look for friendship first and always, and am glad to meet new people. I'm not in a hurry and feel as though anything serious should feel really natural.
