I am actually a nice guy. I'm often described as "weird, but in a good way", but that's mostly because of the way I look at the world around me, and not necessarily how I act.

I tend to say what's on my mind - for better or worse - but I am not a bitter or vindictive person; the last time I willfully tried to hurt someone was back in grade three when i punched a girl in the arm because she kept calling me a sissy. I guess she was kinda right, so I suppose I owe her an apology.

Nobody looks across the room at a guy and thinks "I'll bet he's a super nice guy"...it's just nice when that hot guy across the room is ALSO a nice guy, because in the end, that's what actually matters.

So if I message you and I'm not your type, it really *is* fine if you don't respond - as the site says, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

so a friend of mine pointed out to me that I should put something down about what i'm looking for and maybe a bit about what I like to do for fun etc.

Here goes:

I'm not huge on public displays of affection and I would say that my sex drive is different from guy to guy - but isn't that applicable for most guys? I AM fond of cuddling, random embraces/hugs/squeezes and backrubs - but not so much footrubs, though it's possible i've just never had a good footrub).

If I was going to date someone, I'd need to be with someone who can get me out of the house from time to time - I like being at home where it's safe, but i want to get out more, so someone who can help balance my indoor and outdoor experiences would be a good thing. :)

Otherwise, I like video games, cars, hdtv, top gear, horror movies, comedies, action movies, 3D movies....also reading a good bookk and cooking. I enjoy the occasional beer, but I don't smoke (for now) nor do I do drugs (personal choice)...
