Well I just moved up here and I don't know many people around the area yet outside of work, so I'm looking to meet some new folks.

I'm open to anything at this point, whether it's dating or just IMing from time to time.

My preference would be a setting where I could get to know the person better...movies don't typically work that well because you can't talk and you're both just sitting in the dark facing forward.
