I realize that some of the information below is going to seem quite to the point and I feel that I should be honest on here.

I would appreciate you being good looking (and not by your mom's standards, please). Please shower in a regular basis (meaning DAILY) and have good hygiene in general, all of your teeth, no mullets. You don't need to be a model but be goodlooking by society's standards. I am not shallow but let's be honest with ourselves, looks matter. We want to be attracted to the person we are with.
I know times are tough but a job is a plus (I don't care how much money you make but make it a legal occupation k?) Also, please have a license and vehicle. To set some parameters on things: I'm 25 and you should be over 24 & under 34. I am tall. Ideally you are over 6 foot but need to be over 5'9'' FOR SURE. I have a bit of a height complex and I am willing to admit that.
