Well, I've finally gotten around to posting a profile. I am looking for that special someone to spend time with, with hopes of it leading to something permanent. I am 45, single, never married, no kids. I am at a great point in my life. My career is going well and keeps me busy, and I have a great group of friends, but it seems something is missing. That something may be you!

I enjoy travelling (weekend getaways, flying overseas, not a beach person, but would like to return to Cuba one day), movies, theatre, music (pretty diverse and wide tastes here), concerts, reading, hockey (watching and playing a little) dining in, dining out, walks, quiet times, hanging out with friends, bar hopping once in a while, flea markets, garage sales,etc. I am a collector of "things" and a bit of a pack rat!

I carry a few extra pounds, have short, salt and pepper hair. Don't think I am too hard to look at, but you will have to be the judge of that. I enjoy intelligent conversation and consider myself witty. My sense of humour has been known to get me in trouble, but people either seem ot get it or they don't. I have a lot of definite opinions, but love a good debate and hearing the other side. I am a fountain of trivial useless information, and crave more! I'm pretty laid back and easy going and a bit spontaneous, I suppose. I am honest and loyal and expect the same. Not into headgames or fighting. I've been called serious by some and eccentric by others.

You: I'm hoping to find someone around my age, give or take a few years. Someone that is secure and happy with their current station in life and looking to share a future. Someone that likes to dress up for a nice dinner, but can throw on a pair of shorts (this time of year anyways!) and a tee shirt and run out the door to do something on a whim. I'm looking for someone that enjoys conversation, good music and hanging out together. Someone with varied intersts, but can be happy just chillin together! I don't need a woman to complete me, nor do I feel a need to complete you, but someone with whom my life and theirs will be enhanced by sharing our lives together interests me greatly.
