I'm a pretty laid-back kinda girl. I enjoy doing all types of things. I do social-worky type things for my job, where I work with homeless women and supervise others who provide all kinds of great service, so I enjoy letting it all hang out and having mucho fun. Especially since I also have a second job as a therapist at another organization. Currently, I spend my time hanging with my family and friends, reading, cooking, going to the gym, and whatever else looks interesting. I have a strong relationship with my sis and niece and spend lots of time with them, especially since we live together. I love to travel and get out of my element. I enjoy debates about the important things in life, just for the fun of it, but also to learn and challenge my views on things. I lived in Chicago for three years while I was getting my Master's degree, but I was born and raised in L.A. and consider myself a California girl to the core. I'm a woman who enjoys her independence and also likes to work toward things so I am looking for similar qualities in my mate.

I love to try out new places to eat so maybe grab a bite or some coffee would be good. I also like to visit places I've forgotten about or never been. A walk around the Rose Bowl or something else active since I'm trying to get back into the groove of exercising. Conversation while perusing a book store or a museum. Whatever really, I'm game!
