Hello...

I am here to make some new friends and eventually find "the one" who will capture my heart. Although, I'm content with the comforts of home I do enjoy the outdoors and appreciate the beauty of the Northwest--from dirt-bike rides to Jazz/Blues festivals...I have a silly sense of humor (ask me about peanuts)...A tender & giving heart...A passion for creative writing...A romantic by nature...I am compassionate, perceptive, intuitive, and encouraging...Open and honest communication is important to me! I do enjoy reading for personal growth so, I gravitate towards books that unveil the mystery and complexity of human relations. Currently, I've been studying college text books.

I am seeking to meet a man who has strong family values, someone who communicates well, has a sense of humor and laughs often, considerate of others (yes, that includes waitresses...lol) Someone who will hold my hand or just hold me close...who shares my compassion for others especially those that are less fortunate, enjoys the outdoors and appreciates the beauty of the Northwest, enjoys BBQ/get-to-gethers, making memories, and can dance with me just about anywhere!

Update: When Ruby was born, the "Goddess of Love" was in the sign Aries the Warrior. So, does Ruby have a thing for people in uniform? Or for professional wrestlers? Well, those are actually stronger possibilities than for most people, but they're still longshots. The real point here is that Ruby responds in a visceral way to highly spirited people...individuals who radiate a kind of hands-on-hips pluckiness. The natural lover is a sassy creature who probably teases Ruby mercilessly--and who can take it as well as dish it out. Part of the magic of such a relationship is an ongoing playful rivalry, full of humor and unquestioning devotion, but definitely spiced with competitiveness. There's also a high probability that nobody is going to save up petty gripes in some silent, brooding way--any tensions are on the table, quickly and without "diplomatic obfuscations." That's the way both Ruby and the natural partner like it: clear, direct, and not for the faint-hearted.
