Yeah, clearly I'm not any of those; shallow, butt-ugly or broke nor do I intend to be "dating" indefinitely. Having been married for several years and only single two years (on Labor Day 09) I'm neither in a hurry to find my match nor do I expect to stay single for long. There were just too many right things about married life to deny it is my destination. My thoughts are that if I spend my time with good people, one of them will surely become "the one" as a course of nature and there is no sense rushing it.
We all know there's a time to be serious but I'm just as likely to give you crap as I am to open your door for you. A lot of my free time is spent on home repair/hobbies, out with friends, hiking with my dog, fishing, etc. Music is something I internalize - it becomes part of me, as does much of my environment. Many on here disqualify smokers and for good reason. To be clear though, I stopped smoking cigarettes years ago but I still indulge my taste for cigars occasionally; just thought that worth mention.

Hehehe... (oh lighten up) My hopes are to enrich my life with good company. If I find my match along the way, great; that can be the happy accident it should be.
