It's always tough trying to summarize your entire personality in the space of a few paragraphs, but the best way to describe me would be someone who values honesty and ethics above all. I'm true to my word and that integrity means a lot to me. I'm an easy going person who knows how to keep my cool and can deal with life's little mishaps. I'm confident and well-spoken, but I can also be a big goof ball; yet I know when to be entirely serious. I realize i'm not perfect and believe there's always room to learn, grow, and improve.

I'm a huge history buff and that's a great way to suck me into a conversation. While I think it's all interesting and worth learning, my main fascinations lie in European history, more specifically the Romans, Middle Ages and the Renaissance. I equally enjoy 18th, 19th and early 20th century American history and am a walking encyclopedia when it comes to any of the world wars.

I'm active and live a very healthy life style, although I'm not nutty about it. I make it to the gym almost everyday, and during the summer you'll often catch me down at the lakes on my road bike or in rare cases jogging with my puppy. If I can squeeze in a game of racquetball or basketball with my buddies now and then that's a plus. I also like golf, hiking, camping and tennis.

I like women who are well rounded, down to earth, and can think outside the box. A girl could be an absolute knockout, but if we don't have that chemistry and she doesn't stimulate my mind it probably won't work. While I think physical attraction is important, it's the balance of attraction and personality that lead to a lasting relationship.
