I enjoy being outdoors and doing things to try & stay active, but i also enjoy staying in with the right person to unwind and cuddle up to a movie. Family & friends are always on my top priority list, and i'm very protective of them. I tend to be pretty easy going, but then most guys are... however people do say they feel comfortable & safe around me extremely fast and that's always been something i liked about myself.

I'm from a small town, and it can show through sometimes, but i'm very good at adapting to the city when i can. I spend a good amount of my free time up in the southwest burbs of Chi-town, and have gotten to know the area pretty well. I enjoy going to a baseball game, taking in a round of golf, walking around Lake Katherine in Palos, or shopping downtown before hitting the pier for some fireworks.

I try to be a gentleman whenever i can... and although i'm not out to impress anyone, good impressions are important to me. I'm fun & fun-loving, and can be a very loving partner if the chemistry is there. My friends would say that I am dependable & responsible, and probably add that I'm very clean & organized. I'm not OCD, just like having nice things and a clean place. ;)

I am a huge White Sox fan, tho I don't hate.. i know dating an opponent can have it's own fun.. lol I have a little girl who's still an infant.. and she means the world to me!! I'm not looking for a replacement mom by any means, but someone who can be fun & mature around kids will always score you points those occasional times I have her when you're around. =)

I'm attending school part time and working full time in Bloomington, and hope to someday soon return to full time student status to expedite my Business degree. I have a deep interest in economics and the financial markets. It's boring stuff to most, so i'll never bring it up unless asked. I'll stick to regular guy talk around you if it makes you feel better. ;) I'm a Republican and a fiscal conservative by nature... and although I may have my opinions on things, i wait until i'm well educated in a matter before i open my mouth usually.

I have a ton of different friends from over the years, especially from my social fraternity at school, but please don't be intimidated by that. I keep my closest friends much closer. And good friends they are. I have a couple ex's that i still talk to on rare occasion, but none that i hang out with. And i'm pretty good about that. I like to focus my attention on here & now, and not on my past. This could be said for many things, but nothing so much as when it comes to who i'm dating. I'm very loyal and I wouldn't be dating you if you weren't someone i thought about most of my day. Call me corny. lol

A nice walk around a scenic lake or something, preferably on a warm evening under the stars. Dinner somewhere you don't have to raise your voice. Smiles, cute gestures, and good conversation is important if someone is seeking a 2nd date. =)

I'm not the type to hit up a bar during a date, same with avoiding going to a movie. I don't see what you can learn about someone while in a bar or movie unable to talk and have conversation. Get some Panera or Starbucks, go for a walk, and talk to each other.

I'm done looking for my next ex-girlfriend. So take it to heart, i want to get to know you & if we're compatible or not. It's okay if you're shy, as long as you're sincere about your interest in me, i'll be able to tell. I'm not lookin to get into anyone's pants either. Just a genuine date with a genuine girl, looking for a genuine guy, who has a genuine agenda.
