Hi Ladies

About me: I'm a baby boomer who has achieved nothing after 35 years of work! Due to foolish decisions that I made in the stock market 9 years ago, my life savings are gone, and I live from paycheck to paycheck.

Still, I have good things in my life. I have two intelligent, beautiful & wise adult daughters who I'm proud of. They are wise from watching all the mistakes that there father has made over the years, and learning from them!

I also have a couple of close friends, within a group of friends, which enables me to have a social life. I work full-time & part-time, but still have plenty of energy left to get out of the house and have some fun. I enjoy getting up on a Karaoke stage and singing. Unfortunately my current group of friends don't sing. Their more the (pot luck) dinner party sort of friends.

I'm hedonistic by nature and therefore like the warm weather, but not the winter. Winter is for hibernation, in my opinion. I try to stay positive about my life, even under my current circumstances, by employing my well developed sense of humor.

Domestic chores don't bother me. I like to BBQ, Cook, Wash Dishes, Do Laundry, Vacuum Clean, etc. I do a lot of cleaning due to having 2 cats. My cats are like my grandchildren, I love them and would never part with them.

I have a very small ego and I normally don't brag about anything. I have been around long enough to know what my strengths & weaknesses are.

One area I'm strong, is in the kitchen! I'm an excellent cook/chef when compared to other men who I've been acquainted with over the years. That is not bragging in my mind, it is just fact!



About you: You're a woman who is sensitive, passionate, intelligent & non judgemental. It doesn't matter to me what you do for a living, it's your character that counts.

I am looking to date someone I can laugh with, which eventually may lead to a long term relationship. Although, I may sound like a loser, my friends and my daughters will tell you that I'm a good man, rich in character.

If I felt that you where in need, I would give you the shirt off my back to keep you warm, the last bill in my wallet to buy you whatever you needed and the last piece of food out of my fridge to take away your hunger.

Although I don't own my own home, I have a lovely apartment with a wood burning fireplace in someone else's home here in Mississauga. I also have my own garden and side yard for my cats, which is nice in the good weather.

I'm also a grandfather! My granddaughter (Autumn) was born on November 21, 2008. Mother and baby are healthy and happy.
