Not really good at this sort of thing, but I'm divorced and decided to try dating again. I've been living in Tennessee for about a year now, and I guess I'm looking for a nice girl to hang out with, possibly leading to something more. I still don't know the area very well, mostly because I haven't really tried to go anywhere other than my usual day to day stops.

What would I do on a first date? Be nervous and awkward, probably say lots of stupid things and generally emabarass myself. But I'm assuming that's not really what this question means. So, I think the perfect first date would be at a bowling alley. I mean, they usually got pool tables, a bar and grill, a jukebox, and maybe some air hockey. So there's fun stuff to do, decent food, drinks, and a selection of music. What else could you need to get to know someone well enough to decide if there's going to be a econd date?
