I'm a spontaneous person, even to myself. I live day to day, and I am relatively shy until someone starts something first. I have been with people that have lied to me and bassically treated me like shit, so I'm looking for something secure, be it friends or something more important. I'm a very accepting and reasonning person, and I do have my days where I just want to get up and do something new and interesting. I am TOTALLY conflict avoidant, and will find the quickest and most expedient solution to any problem that will make everyone happy(arguing or fighting is strictly not an option). The best way to know me is to talk to me; know I'm a very honest and open person and welcome to new things that I feel comfortable with. I'm also a little bit curious, and a very logical person, but anyone will be able to tell that. I also like to select my words very carefully, so I think before I talk.

I'm of the nerd persuasion(hence the glasses). I know many, many things about computers and enjoy putting that knowledge to work for me. But don't think that stops me from getting my hands dirty; I take down trees, enjoy cutting the grass, working in the field, lawn, and garden, and do everything from repairs to windows. I even enjoy to settle down and read a nice little book(I LOVE A GOOD STORY).

I like to take things slow at first and build it from the ground up. The only reason I put "long term" on there is because I am looking for people I can trust and talk to for longer than just a couple of messages. I also update my profile as many times as I can think of new things to add, if only there was like a journal section or something.

I'm not going to say I'm looking for anyone specific, I really want to keep all my options open in meeting anybody, more particularly friends.

The harsh facts that are my standards:

If you have a child, friendship is as far as I will know you. I don't have the responsibility or the patience to deal with children right now. If you have a child that "is your world", or your "number one priority" like you are proud of them, fine, let them get your attention instead of spreading it to me. I will still talk to you if you have a child, but understand I will only be friends and nothing ever more. I have my reasons, please respect them and don't let this stop you from letting me talk to you as a friend.

I am a nerd, I'll be honest when I say I'm not one to prefer outdoor stuff. If you're looking for a "country kinda guy" then you're probably assuming too much from me. The most I'll go for is a canoe ride or camping(preferred). But I do look forwards to owning a horse later on when I can afford to(animals are friends, not pets). But know I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty working outside because I want to expand my land and build on it more.

Use proper English when talking to me, and use complete sentences when texting me. I don't want to have to sit and try to figure out what you're having to say.

I will treat everyone with respect, and as a PERSON. I do not see a difference between male and female, I see a PERSON to interact with. No, I do not clump every girl into the idea that they are "women", they are PEOPLE. Males are PEOPLE. Each PERSON will be treated according to how they treat me. I am not going to argue with anyone with how to "properly treat a woman" when it is a PERSON WITH THEIR OWN feelings I will be dealing with. I am a PERSON, too, and if you respect me as much as I will respect you, then we are perfect. Please try to understand my way of seeing PEOPLE like this. Case permanently closed.
