Well educated, widely traveled, divorced father of two wondeful son's, that have turned-out to be fine young men, despite their fathers defects & imperfections as a parent. I would be able to adjust to the lifestyle, however, I seem to have mastered all of retirements tricks and stratagems with a felicity that indicates I have always carried a natural ability for it. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy my work. I always arrive at my office late, however, I make-up for it by leaving early. I play golf, but only on days that end in a "Y". And as I rapidly approach the final chapters of my life, I've found that age does not diminish the extreme disappointment of having a scoop of Ice Cream fall from the cone. |
