I Love challenges, dirty martinis, dogs, cheap scotch, expensive beer, chicken francais and most bottles of wine. My favorite color is Red. I'm romantic. I thank the heavens each day for coffee. I collect quotes. I enjoy my career. I have always played sports - but am bored watching them. I love being a father - the little things my daughter does touch my heart in the most unbelievable ways. I tell incredibly long jokes with weak punch lines - but they are entertaining. I love boats and the water. I keep a journal of all the funny things my daughter does. I'm silly at times. I tend to be spontaneous, random, creative, outgoing and like being this way. I like most music, but grew up listening to jazz. I will weather any storm. I believe nothing is impossible. You will never be bored around me. I love kissing. I'm intelligent and well read - and will read anything in front of me. I like all the Austin Powers movies. I am trying to write a historical fiction book. I am compassionate and easy going. I believe in true love, but feel it starts with knowing yourself. I love the outdoors. I grew up on the water and miss the sounds of the waves against the shore. I lived in NYC for 9 years. I never have enough time in the day to do everything I want. I love to run trails, but find running on pavement monotonous. My favorite movies usually revolve around the trial and redemption of the main character. I dream adventure stories. I have a passion for cookies. I had a goatee for a long time and finally just shaved it off. I like to cook when I have the time. I am responsible and can take care of myself. I hate to dust. I'm incredibly loyal. I lean toward Idealism. I believe Integrity and Character are paramount. I will be reserved when I size people up for the first time. I'm fascinated by Symbols and the meaning behind them. I love castles and ancient history.

I respect those who are creative, intelligent and take care of themselves (physically and emotionally). I dislike ambition for ambition's sake. I tend to dismiss small minded and controlling people without confidence in their own ability. I would give the last full measure of my being to save the ones I love. Rugby is another one of my passions - I like running into people. I don't believe just anyone can be a leader. I do believe in the goodness of others and know I will be disappointed many times. My favorite historical author is Barbara Tuchman; my favorite fictional authors are Charles McCarry and John LeCarre. I believe you will surprise yourself by how capable you can be. I am a great coach and hope I am a great father. I love small out of the way restaurants with great food and good wine that lend themselves to intimate conversations.

I want to smile when I think of you. I want to see you smile at me, because of me, or in spite of me. I don't usually write with this many periods and am capable of thinking in complete sentences.
