I just moved back to NC after living in Alaska for the last five years.
I'm a registered nurse by trade. I'm looking to meet someone and have a balance for once. My daughters don't live with me, but when they visit I have to make the most of my time with them.

I might have days when my knuckles drag the ground and I draw cave art on the walls, but I have a refined side that will make you know you're the most important woman in my life. I've saves lives and held a hand as their life has passed on to the next world. I know what's important in life.

Come look in my eyes ... from there you'll see highs and lows. There will be days that you can't live without me and others when you're so mad that you want to smack me in the face, but you know life isn't perfect and you wouldn’t be able to love me any other way.

More about the person I'm trying to find out there. If you are true to yourself and we connect, we'll have a real chance and happiness. Life is short and I try to enjoy it. I want someone that loves life too.

I'm happy in my life and I want my partner to know who she is and be happy with where she is in life. There is a lot to be said about knowing who you are and not dreaming of being someone or somewhere else at the end of the day. Don’t get me wrong, we all need dreams and goals, but we have to be happy inside with who we are too. In this I'll find the person that is my best friend, lover, partner, and equal.

I'm trying different areas and directions to find the perfect first date. I usually like to go out to eat where I can meet the person over good food and wine. I think that my follow-up game would be better when I can cook for the lady and really show her who I am as a person.
