Well hello there. Thank you for stopping by my little neck 'o the woods. I hope everyone is having a good week/weekend/month/year/whatever.

Let's see - a bit about me. I work and live in downtown St Louis and LOVE it. I also sing in a few different professional choirs in the area (seriously, you'd be impressed!! or maybe not haha). I'm sick of the "dating" scene - as well as sick of the idea that there's something wrong with me because I'm single. I just haven't found Mr. Right yet! :) I enjoy my life and all parts of it. I can get along with almost anyone. I do want to meet some new people to hang out with and who knows what will happen from there. I'm done with the guys that behave like they're always out with the boys (ya know - like burping and farting contests. Seriously - we know you can do it). Joking around is one thing but leave the raunchiness to boys nights.

I'm not a big drinker. I do sometimes get the urge to have some drinks but if you're a party-er, we're not going to get along. Our interests are just too different.

I really like cardinals baseball, and blues hockey. I live downtown so I can pretty much walk to either one which is frickin FANTASTIC! Wanna go to a game?

I adore learning. I'm ALWAYS up for intelligent conversation so even if we're not a luuuuv (a la Barry White) match, feel free to send me a message anyway!

I'm a hopeless romantic. I love to know you're thinking about me during the day just as much as I'm thinking about you. I love getting cute texts and emails just to say hi...and I love sending them just as much. I give what I get (sometimes more, but then I get resentful if it's not returned). I know that I'm high maintenance and will never hesitate to admit it.. I'm a total girlie girl just looking for someone who can appreciate that about me. Trust me, it really is a good thing.

I'm an open book for the most part. Ask a question and you'll get an answer! I do have to say, though, I'm definitely hesitant about starting up conversation with you so if you're interested, say hi! Hope to talk to you soon!!

Oh, and sorry y'all. No smokers for dating - I'm a singer. Just can't be around it. Plus, I'm not a fan of the taste of kissing smokers.

Oh oh!! And another thing everyone - seriously, don't b!tch in your profile about how anyone you send an email to should respond to you even if they're not interested (you know...to let you know they're not interested). If you don't get a response, isn't that good enough? Stop chasing!! You're worth more than that!!! If they don't respond, they're not interested. Move on!! Okay, end rant. Thank you. :)

I lied - I have one more. Fellas, just some advice - don't tell women that you're not picky as far as looks go. I know this sounds ridiculously trivial, but what if I told you I love ugly guys...and then I emailed you. In effect, that's what you're doing. Also, don't tell them you want to make out with them and you'll try to like them. Bad form. (Most) women don't want to feel like their only role is make-out buddy. :)

I'm thinking a lunch date, followed by a visit to the science center, zoo, or city museum so we can be kids and just have a good time. I think any type of environment where laughter and playing is encouraged immediately makes people comfortable.
