This is going to be one more adventure in it self trying to describe my self.Ilove to take risks and adventure in uncharted area's (check disclaimer).I run 3x a week 8-10km.I went from 220 pounds down to 179 pounds in 3 months(but after wieght training i just jumped on the scale i am 190 pounds now)I play lacrosse in the summertime and hockey in the winter time.I have been told numerous times that once you meet me you will never forget me.I haven't fig it out yet if that is a good thing or bad thing.I am a very loyal person.Don't get loyal mixed up with push over. Oh yah i almost forgot i did teach my Germanshepard how to bark in Spanish.

Maybe a run or walk along the sea wall,or a hike in the watershed,or we can take my dog for walk.Or it is up to U the possibilities are endless.
